Sharing my childhood inspired dish with Chinese cooking demonstration and sampling at Lonsdale Quayside Market with Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry's Loong Kong Chicken. Based on my first meal I cooked for my family when I was 12 years old,I have recreated this dish with the depth and layers of flavours just as time has done in my life.

Celebrating multiculturalism at the West Vancouver Memorial Library, driving culture, understanding and integration in our community. Sharing on this Night of the Lantern as a panel speaker on Chinese New Year traditions and celebrations, demonstrating the making of the traditional food "Tang yuan", glutinous rice balls as well as serving up Chinese New Year treats to all who attended.
