9 Inch Pie

Keep frozen. 

Total time required from freezer to serving : 1.25 Hours Baking time : 45-60 mins Cooling time : 15 minutes.

Instructions for baking.

DO NOT thaw pie. Preheat oven to 425F. Remove frozen pie from box and glaze pie with egg wash. Bake pie on a parchment lined baking sheet for 45 minutes on the middle rack of the oven. If the pie has turned golden brown before 45 minutes, cover loosely with an aluminium foil tent over the pie and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until the internal pie temperature reaches 165F. After pie is baked, cool pie on rack for 15 minutes before cutting and serving. 

5 Inch Pie

Keep frozen. 

Total time required from freezer to serving : 40 minutes  Baking time : 25-30 mins Cooling time : 10 minutes.

DO NOT thaw pie. Preheat oven to 425F.  Remove frozen pie from box and glaze pie with egg wash.  Bake pie on a parchment lined baking sheet for 30 minutes on the middle rack of the oven. If the pie has turned golden brown before 30 minutes, cover loosely with an aluminium foil tent over the pie and continue baking until the internal pie temperature reaches 165F. After pie is baked, cool pie on rack for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
