A mother of two school age kids, Regina understands the challenge of a modern family, balancing constant time pressure, searching for convenience, while ensuring proper nourishment and helping develop healthy eating habits. Regina is passionate about making a difference in her community through food and education. She wants to help people establish a better relationship with food and diet through healthy cooking.
Regina is has a dual diploma in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA). She is a lifelong student of holistic wellness and health with training from Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, USA. She believes in traditional values of eating naturally with whole foods and using the best ingredients.
